Malverne High School's Leaders of Tomorrow class, taught by Mr. Moreno, was honored to welcome Superintendent of Schools Dr. Maria Rianna as part of its ongoing Guest Speaker Series, which connects students with accomplished professionals and community leaders who share their experiences and insights into leadership.

Dr. Rianna shared her personal and professional journey, highlighting the experiences, challenges, and lessons that shaped her path. She also spoke about the importance of building a strong team, emphasizing collaboration, trust, and surrounding yourself with people who bring different strengths and perspectives. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and reflect on how these lessons can help them develop their own leadership skills.

A special thank you to Dr. Rianna for sharing her story and inspiring our students to recognize that great leadership is not just about individual success, but about bringing people together, empowering others, and working toward a shared vision.
