Last week, Mr. Mach gave our 4th graders at Davison some tips on Mindfulness, including breathing techniques and using all five senses to focus and bring calm into your space. The students also created their own sensory bottles. Using water, a little bit of glue, and some sparkly glitter, the children made a tool they can use to focus, find calm, and get centered. We look forward to using these new tools to help us when our day starts to get a little crazy.
