2026-27 Malverne UFSD Budget Vote

Budget Election will be held on May 19, 2026 from 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM

At the Howard T. Herber Middle School, gymnasium

 You are a registered voter, eligible to vote on May 19, 2026 if:
• You have previously registered and voted in a School District vote within the last four calendar years, or
• You have registered to vote with the County Board of Elections and have voted at least once in any local, state or national election within the last four calendar years, or
• You have registered with the District’s Board of Registration prior to the vote. 

If you are not registered to vote:
• You may register to be eligible to vote for all elections by mail by downloading and completing a New York State Voter Registration Form from the Nassau County Board of Elections website by clicking here.  Your completed registration must be received by the Nassau County Board of Elections before May 14, 2026 in order to be eligible to vote on May 19, 2026.

• You may register to be eligible to vote for the School Budget Vote/Election on Thursday April 16, 2026 from 8:30-11:30 AM at Malverne High School Lobby and from 11:30 AM-3:30 PM at the Administration Building and on Friday May 8, 2026 from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM at the Administration Building.

Absentee Ballot Applications

Qualified registered voters can obtain applications for absentee ballots from the District Clerk, Malverne UFSD - Administration Building – 301 Wicks Lane, Malverne, NY. Completed applications are due at least 7 days before the vote, if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter or the voter's designated agent.  Absentee ballot applications are also available CLICK HERE FOR AN ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION.  Absentee ballots must be received in the District Clerk's office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day of the election to be canvassed.

***PLEASE NOTE:  Pursuant to school election law, applications for absentee ballots cannot be submitted to the District Clerk before April 20, 2026.

***Completed absentee ballots must be received by the District Clerk no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

Early Mail Voter Ballot Applications

Registered voters can obtain applications for early mail voter ballots from the District Clerk, Malverne UFSD Administration Building – 301 Wicks Lane. Completed applications are due at least 7 days before the vote if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter or the voter’s designated agent. Early mail ballot applications are also available at EARLY MAIL VOTER BALLOT APPLICATION and return the application to Lisa Ridley District Clerk, Malverne UFSD, 301 Wicks Lane, Malverne NY 11565

Early mail voter's ballots must be received in the District Clerk's office no later than 5:00 PM on the day of the election to be canvassed.

Solicitudes de voto en ausencia

Los votantes registrados que cumplan los requisitos pueden obtener sus solicitudes de voto en ausencia con la Secretaría del Distrito, Malverne UFSD - Edificio Administrativo, 301 Wicks Lane, Malverne, NY. Las solicitudes completas deben entregarse al menos 7 días antes de la votación si la boleta se enviará por correo, o el día anterior a la elección si se entregará personalmente al votante o a su agente designado.
