 You are a registered voter, eligible to vote on May 20, 2025 if:
• You have previously registered and voted in a School District vote within the last four calendar years, or
• You have registered to vote with the County Board of Elections and have voted at least once in any local, state or national election within the last four calendar years, or
• You have registered with the District’s Board of Registration prior to the vote. 

If you are not registered to vote:
• You may register to be eligible to vote for all elections by mail by downloading and completing a New York State Voter Registration Form from the Nassau County Board of Elections website by clicking here.  Your completed registration must be received by the Nassau County Board of Elections before May 15th in order to be eligible to vote on May 20th

or

• You may register to be eligible to vote for the School Budget Vote/Election on Thursday April 24, 2025, at Malverne High School Lobby 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 and at Administration Building 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Absentee Ballot Applications

Qualified registered voters can obtain applications for absentee ballots from the District Clerk, Malverne UFSD - Administration Building – 301 Wicks Lane, Malverne, NY. Completed applications are due at least 7 days before the vote, if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter or the voter's designated agent.  Absentee ballot applications are also available CLICK HERE FOR AN ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION.  Absentee ballots must be received in the District Clerk's office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day of the election to be canvassed.

***PLEASE NOTE:  Pursuant to school election law, applications for absentee ballots cannot be submitted to the District Clerk before April 21, 2025.

***Completed absentee ballots must be received by the District Clerk no later than

5:00 pm, Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

Early Mail Voter Ballot Applications

Registered voters can obtain applications for early mail voter ballots from the District Clerk, Malverne UFSD Administration Building – 301 Wicks Lane . Completed applications are due at least 7 days before the vote if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter or the voter’s designated agent. Early mail ballot applications are also available at EARLY MAIL VOTER BALLOT APPLICATION and return the application to Lisa Ridley District Clerk 301 Wicks Lane , Malverne UFSD , Malverne NY 11565

Early mail voter's ballots must be received in the District Clerk's office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day of the election to be canvassed.

 Usted es votante inscrito y reúne las condiciones para votar el 20 de mayo de 2025 en los siguientes casos:
• Ya se inscribió y votó previamente en una votación del distrito escolar dentro de los últimos cuatro años calendario.
• Ya se inscribió para votar ante la Junta de Elecciones del condado y votó al menos una vez en cualquier elección local, estatal o nacional en el período de los últimos cuatro años calendario.

Solicitudes de boleta electoral por ausencia
