Malverne High School has been recognized as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the U.S. Department of Education and has twice been included on the College Board AP Honor Roll. Embracing a "success for all" philosophy, the school encourages enrollment in rigorous coursework. Its achievements are highlighted in Karin Chenoweth's "Schools That Succeed," which analyzes successful schools nationwide.

For the third consecutive year, Malverne High School has ranked in the top 10% of schools in the nation on U.S. News and World Report's Best High Schools list. The school prepares approximately 620 students in grades 9-12 for college entrance each year, fostering an environment conducive to outstanding student achievement through highly effective teaching, experienced administration, and strong parental partnerships.

Malverne High School offers a competitive academic curriculum with numerous college-level and Advanced Placement courses, including the esteemed AP Capstone program. Additionally, the school provides a progressive STEAM education program through its Project Lead the Way curricula, allowing students to earn college credit and develop essential academic skills valued by leading colleges and universities.

To ensure a well-rounded education, Malverne offers a variety of co-curricular clubs, activities, and sports, along with access to iPads and laptops to enhance learning experiences. The school boasts brand-new athletic facilities, a Performing Arts Center, and a state-of-the-art Science Research and Engineering Learning Center.

As a relatively small high school, Malverne offers numerous opportunities for every student to receive a comprehensive education while assuming leadership roles.
