Herber Thirst Project

Herber Thirst Project thumbnail229404

Our students are turning their used water bottles into lifesaving funds that will bring fresh water to communities in need throughout the world.

Since the start of this ongoing campaign, nearly 1,000 bottles have been collected. Donations will be brought to a recycling center and the bottle refunds collected will be donated to The Thirst Project, a nonprofit organization that engages young people to help end the global water crisis.

100% of funds raised by The Thirst Project through public donations used to build freshwater wells in developing communities that need safe, clean drinking water.

Students and their families can still help by bringing used recyclable water bottles to Herber and depositing them in the blue Thirst Project receptacles located around the school.
