Our students learned about the Diwali, the Hindu “Festival of Lights” that lasts five days and focuses on celebrating good over evil.

During Diwali, lights are used as a symbol to overcome darkness. Our students made lights, created “fireworks” and decorated mandalas, a symbol of joy, to kick off the beginning of this special holiday celebration.
